There are so many aspects of yoga that one can share.

I intend to use this writing space to educate and inspire others about yoga.

Although the previous blogs are not "headlines," they are mostly current, so I have chosen to keep them posted.

For now, I am offering a basic sequence for you to practice this New Year, 2017!

  1. Tadasana (mountain pose)

  2. Uttanasana (forward bend, intense extension of spine pose)

  3. Trikonasana (triangle pose)

  4. Parsvakonasana (side angle pose)

  5. Prasarita Padottanasana (wide angle forward bend pose)

  6. Dandasana (seated staff pose)

  7. Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog pose)

  8. Savasana (corpse pose)
