Classes are taught in the “Iyengar Tradition,” by Donna Furmanek, Certified Laban Movement Analyst, and Certified Iyengar Teacher. You will receive clear and concise instructions, in an engaging class.

Classes will be recorded. If you are enrolled in the class you will receive a recording of the class.
